Happy Belated New Year to everyone and welcome back from the Holidays! I am excited to announce the beginning of a new drop in program on Friday afternoons from 3:15pm-5:15pm (some Friday’s will go longer I’m sure, but usually that is when I will be ending the drop in). There will usually be snacks and drinks provided, as well as games and activities! This drop in will begin on Friday, February 10th, 2017 and will run until the end of the school year. It is open to any student in Grade 6 and up! Be sure to check the blog weekly to see if there is any updates or changes in the schedule, or any special items to bring! See you all Friday!

Upcoming Youth Event: Christmas Movie Night Christmas Movie Night, Friday November 25 th , 2016 Join Peter Dosman (Youth Animator) for our final Movie and Pizza Party of the 2016 season. This Movie Night will be Christmas themed; we will be watching an adaptation of the story A Christmas Carol starring Jim Carrey from 2009. The event will start at 6:00pm and run until 9:00pm . Parents are more than welcome to attend with their children. This event will be for Youth from Grade 6 and up. We will be ordering pizza, enjoying some popcorn, veggies and dip, and bubblegum and other snacks. If you would like to attend, please RSVP to pdosman@st-bonaventure.ca so we will have an idea of how many youth (and parents) we can expect. Please also mention in your email if you have any dietary restrictions or needs that need to be made known ahead of time.

Friday, June 2nd, 2017 Hi Everyone! I Hope you all have had a fabulous week so far and have been enjoying the last few days or Mother Mary's month of May. With June right around the corner, and the St. Bonaventure Baseball League's annual BBQ and Finals Day coming up on the 24th, I would like to have some of the Youth Group be present at the BBQ with me. I think it would be great if we could have some t-shirts made up to represent our group. So this week, we will be spending some time designing logo's in the first hour of the drop in before we go outside to play any sports or setting up any activities inside. I look forward to seeing all of you on Friday after school! -Pete
